Conference CCW 2022

An annual event for over 20 years, CCW (Contact Center World) is the landmark occasion for professionals across Europe to come together, network, and get to grips with how the industry is evolving. Unfortunately, its much-loved four-day trade show will not feature at this year’s event due to ongoing COVID uncertainty. However, a two-day conference takes its place, alongside a pop-up exhibition that celebrates the latest and greatest contact center innovation. Customer Contact Week (CCW) 2022

Bouncing back from the chaos of 2021, CCW is coming back as a live event this year from June 20-23 in Las Vegas. As the name suggests, the event spans several days, with some dedicated to technology and innovation, the CC Women Summit, and the Customer Contact Leadership Institute. Past speakers at CCW include representatives from Google, Verizon, Best Buy, and Marriott. This year, you can look forward to industry-specific think tanks, an interactive expo hall, and the CCW Excellence Awards.
